Today, 3 main dedicated business units are in place:

Competency Centers deliver services to these 3 business units, being transversal, by providing skilled consultants. Competency Center is in charge of training consultants following the best of breed in terms of methodology, technology and market trends.

Business Intelligence Competency Center
Understand and practice all business intelligence concepts and programs.
Being specialized in one of the following field: architect, project manager, analyst, developer, tester.
Use one or several standard software applications: SAS (Customer Intelligence Studio, aCRM, DIS), SAP (BusinessObjects, SAP BW), Microsoft BI (Analysis Services (SSAS), Integration Services (SSIS) & DTS, Reporting Services (SSRS)), IBM Suite (Cognos, Datastage, SPSS), Oracle Business Intelligence Suite (OBI, ODI, OWB), Oracle Forms and Reports, Qlikview, Microstrategy, Informatica, CRM Dynamics, SugarCRM, Siebel.
Integration Competency Center
Lead and support enterprise integration (data, system and process) projects.
Develop staff specialists in integration processes and operations and leverage their expertise.
Assess and select integration technology and tools from the marketplace.
Manage / optimize integration projects across the organization.
VSDC Competency Center
Learn all support processes: application (support, ticketing), methodology (SLA, ITIL).
Perform distinct services as support Level 1, Levels 2 or 3 for application/development/production purposes.
Technologies performed as: VMware, Linux or Windows environments, etc.
