Vauban Business Units

Vauban is composed of 3 business units:

CONSULTING DEPARTMENT

The consulting team is composed of Functional Consultants (PMO, Business Analyst, Economics and Mathematics experts) and Technical Consultants (PM, Technical Analyst, Developers, DBA, Infrastructure).

COLLECTION & LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

Consultants are trained and dedicated to Collection purposes for delivering:
• Analysis to describe internal procedures and processes, gather business requirements,
• Write business and functional specifications, define the proper architecture,
• Configuration and implementation of Ligis,
• Testing plans, UAT phase,
• Writing Users manual with Clients’ customized cases and delivering training.

There are two possibilities for using Ligis:
A) Integrate Ligis in your Information System Architecture,
B) Ligis in a SaaS mode.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT

Vauban set up a competences center to train and to deliver services related to Business Intelligence subjects. Our BI experts (technical and functional) are experienced with many BI tools (Reporting, datamining, ETL) and databases to deliver services.
